We are looking for a Lead Full-stack .NET Engineer to join our team. Location: Poland.
Responsibilities:

- Develop well-designed, easily maintainable, scalable, and reusable software
- Design, document, and demonstrate software architecture
- Estimate complex projects using different techniques
- Research, study, and develop new or complex technical solutions/technologies (R&D)
- Develop automated unit tests, collect code coverage
- Implement performance/load/stress testing procedures according to project needs
- Provide continuous integration practices on the projects
- Package and support deployment of releases
- Setup integration with external software
- Effectively collaborate with the project team, customers, and project stakeholders to achieve goals
- Mentor Junior and Intermediate Engineers
- Working with the cross-culture teams
Requirements:
- Five-year working experience with .NET (at least)
- One year of working experience in a technical leader role
- Excellent knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, .NET Framework
- Experience with .NET Core and .NET 6.0+
- Knowledge of at least one UI framework (Angular, React)
- Good knowledge of OOP and SOLID
- Experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL and Redis
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or similar technical field)
- Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least)
